Attorney Christopher H. Thogmartin is the principal of the Law Offices of Christopher H. Thogmartin.  Attorney Thogmartin is a 2002 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law, where he focused his studies on Contracts and Bankruptcy law, while receiving CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in both Cyberspace Law and Genetics Law. 

Attorney Thogmartin has served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel to the City of Newark, New Jersey, where he assumed control of and restructured the City's Bankruptcy Department.  Upon relocating to Connecticut, Attorney Thogmartin spent several years advocating for numerous creditors in the Connecticut Courts, working for one of Connecticut's preeminent Creditor's Rights firms.  Over the past few years, Attorney Thogmartin has expanded his expertise by developing substantial practical experience in the areas of Elder Law and Estate Planning.


Attorney Thogmartin is a member of five state bars, all by examination, two federal bars, and is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court.
